Privacy

Your published page is public. Anyone with its link or card can see what you put on it, so please do not add anything you would not want shared.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to run your account and page: your email address, sign-in details, and the text, links, images, and contact details you choose to add.

If you buy an unlock, we keep a record of it. If you order a card, we collect the information needed to make and deliver it, such as the name to print, delivery address, and phone number. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card or bank details.

We may also receive information you provide when you report a page or contact us for support.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and improve bearlog Pages, process purchases, deliver cards, answer requests, keep the service safe, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it to target advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with trusted providers that help us run the service, process payments, and deliver cards, or when the law requires it. They may use it only to do that work for us.

If you add a Spotify player, Spotify receives information about visitors to that page and may use cookies under Spotify’s privacy policy. You can avoid this by not adding the player, or by using a regular Spotify link instead.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use our own advertising or analytics cookies on published pages. A Spotify player may set Spotify’s cookies, as described above.

Your choices and rights

You can edit or unpublish your page at any time. To ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information, email report@bearlog.app from the address linked to your account. We may keep limited purchase and order records where the law requires it.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it erased, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. We’ll handle those requests at the same email address.

Children

bearlog Pages is not for children under 13. Please do not create an account or publish a child’s personal information here.

Questions and updates

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update this page and let account holders know when appropriate. For privacy questions or to report personal information published without permission, contact report@bearlog.app. See the Terms for page-reporting rules.
